Upper Gear Housing Ball Gear Wrench Holds bail gear when removing nut. These newer model stern drives have removable ball gears on the upper gearcase and intermediate housing driveshafts. This tool securely grips the ball gear while the attaching nut is removed or installed with a socket and breaker bar. Long handle gives plenty of leverage for the "tough" ones. |
